About SEAEF

Southeast Asia Esports Federation (SEAEF) is the regional body that embodies the spirit of unity, collaboration, and innovation across the Southeast Asian esports ecosystem.
Operating through a model of collective leadership, SEAEF focuses on transparency, shared responsibility, and impactful coordination among all member nations.

Our Operating Structure

SEAEF functions through two integrated cores designed for agility
and strategic execution:

1. Secretariat Core
  • Oversees governance, coordination, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Ensures alignment with strategic frameworks, including the 100-Day Action Plan.
  • Acts as the operational bridge between the President, the Executive Board, and member nations.
2. Commercial Core
  • Leads partnerships, sponsorship, business development, and regional promotion.
  • Strengthens SEAEF’s role in SEA Games and multi-nation esports platforms.
  • Expands relationships with publishers, government partners, and global esports bodies.
  • Together, these cores ensure SEAEF delivers unified leadership and long-term growth for Southeast Asia’s esports community.
